Job Summary

Performs administrative duties and general tasks related to maintaining and processing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, support of the service contracts and renewals and sales departments.  Provides customer service to both internal and external customers.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent customer skills, attention to detail, strong computer skills and comfort with various applications and computer programs, math aptitude, time management.


Cisco phone, PC, facsimile, scanner, printer, calculator, copy machine

Clearview, E Back Office, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet


Two to three years of office related experience.

Associate’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities to do the job.

Physical Demands:

Normal sitting, standing and walking throughout the course of the day

Periods of extended computer usage

Use of a keyboard

Reads printed materials or from a computer monitor

Listens and communicates clearly

Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling – 10 -15 pounds

Requires dexterity and data entry skills 

Work Environment:

General office environment
